However, it is not impossible especially if you have something to look forward to. Here are some tips: 1. Always keep your goal in mind. Mas maganda kung may short term goal ka para mas nakakaexcite isipin. Halimbawa, nag-iipnon ka para sa bagong laptop. Dahil may pinag-iipunann ka, kakayanin mo kahit anong hirap ng trabaho . 2. This too shall pass. Natutunan ko to sa teacher ko nung college. Oo nga naman, kahit anong badtrip mo ngayon, lilipas din yan. Kung naiinis ka, tingnan mo na lang ang orasan.
