How To Feel Good If Your Down

A work related news started my day and it was not good. I felt down for a while. I was not able to write anything and could not concentrate at all. But something came to me and afterward, I did not feel as bad. If you are having a bad day, then you probably want to know how I dealt with it.. After reading the bad news, I did what I can about it. In my case, I sent an email clarifying the issue. It did not resolve the problem, but I got a reply. Knowing that it is going somewhere reassured me that everything will be all right. I looked at my to-do list. I would not let a single news ruin my schedule. If I will, it will only make matters worst. I will not make my deadlines and will only be in a worse situation. Besides, focusing on something else took my mind of the bad news. I reflected on other opportunities. I am aware of the possibilities that could happen with the other work I have. A Poem of Insecurity

You’ve been my friend’s lover And I have always been your supporter But I did not expect, You, she’ll reject I know how it hurts Because I am also affected I’ve been seeing the feelings Of your love and hurtings I hate you for sometimes Because in you, myself I cannot find I know I’m nothing in compare With the beauty that belongs to her For others to be happy I step back and pretend I’m not lonely My love for you, I sacrifice A life that preferred the lies.

A Sad Poem

I’m not the person I want to be Being a girl where love is not easy They say I am smart But I am no work of art Like a rainy day without the sun Even if I am smart I am no one When I hate myself, I know Rejecting a gift I do Loneliness for me today Seemed to be life’s beauty An what I want is to be happy Just like anybody

Can we still make it work? I have heard of couples going their separate ways because of distance. I did not quite understand why. I am in similar situation for almost a year now and I’m not having any problems about it. Then I began to ponder, what made our relationship work in spite of the distance? I realized that there are several factors that can affect long distance relationship. They are as follow: 1. Your decision to make it work It all starts with your decision to make it work. If you want the relationship to last, the two of you should decide to make it happen. It is not easy, but as long as you commit to the relationship, you will make it happen. Moreover, if you like what you do, you would not feel like you are exerting effort to make it work. 2. Communication This is vital in any form

When Thoughts Are Shared

People have plenty of ideas. However, these ideas remain idle unless they are shared. Do not be selfish, share what you know, let other people know what you think. An exchange of ideas and thoughts is what makes human beings grow fully. Sharing your thoughts does not necessarily mean that people will agree with you. You cannot force people to think the way you do since they have their own ideals. However, a healthy discussion will make you think better. It will make you consider certain options that you would not normally think about if you keep your ideas to yourself. when you share your thoughts, you do not only impart information, you learn from the experience as well.
